REGISTRATION
Important - Do you require a specific location or room type due to a disability, neurodiversity, medical/mental health condition or welfare related circumstance?
– If the answer is NO, proceed first with the registration then continue with the accommodation application.
– If the answer is YES, you will need to follow a two part process:
1 - Complete an Accommodation Application. Start by completing the registration form below to create an account. Once you have done this you can then complete an application for accommodation.
2 - Submit an Individual Learning Plan (ILP). Either directly before or after submitting your accommodation application you must complete the ILP (see below) to tell us about anything that will impact your accommodation needs. This includes a requirement for a particular location, room type or an adjustment to a room. The ILP is for both living arrangements and academic support.
This process ensures we have a comprehensive understanding of your requirements and will help us tailor your accommodation to your needs. For the ILP you will be asked to provide supporting medical evidence.
Submitting an Individual Learning Plan
Rooms are allocated based on the information provided by the end of the ballot and guarantee period, 9th June 2025 for Falmouth University students and the end of the guarantee period on 31st July 2025 for University of Exeter students. It is important to specify your needs at the time of application if possible and at the latest by the end of these respective dates. If you do not declare any specific requirements before these dates, we will be unable to guarantee you a suitable room. Any appeals, declarations or evidence received after these dates will not change your offer, although you may be placed on a waiting list for an alternative room should one become available.
If you are a Falmouth University applicant, log in to the Applicant Portal and submit an Individual Learning Plan (ILP), providing as much detail as possible as it will be essential in determining your accommodation allocation. You will need to upload a copy of your supporting medical evidence for your disability, medical condition or learning difference.
If you have applied to the University of Exeter, please click here to submit your Individual Learning Plan (ILP), providing as much detail as possible as it will be essential in determining your accommodation allocation. Once completed you will need to send supporting evidence of your disability, medical condition or learning difference to: accessibility@fxplus.ac.uk
If you have any needs that you feel would affect your accommodation allocation, that are not be covered by the Individual Learning Plan (Disability, Medical, Health and Welfare) please contact the Accommodation Office accommodation@fxplus.ac.uk to discuss your particular requirements.
